1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking appointments, purchasing courses, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Consultation Services
2.1 Types of Consultations
We offer two types of consultations:
In-Person Consultations:

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Price: ₹2,500 per session

  • Locations: Pune (Monday-Friday) and Mumbai (Saturday-Sunday)

Online Video Consultations:

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Price: ₹2,000 per session

  • Conducted via Google Meet or Zoom

2.2 Booking and Payment

  • All consultations must be booked through our website at drpranita.com

  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment

  • You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details within 24 hours

2.3 Consultation Process

  • For in-person consultations, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time

  • For online consultations, you will receive a video call link via email 24 hours before your appointment

  • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for online consultations

  • Bring any relevant medical reports, lab tests, or medications list to your consultation

2.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Client:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund

  • No-shows without prior notice: No refund

Cancellation by Dr. Pranita:

  • In rare cases, Dr. Pranita may need to cancel or reschedule due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

  • You will be notified immediately and offered alternative dates

  • If no suitable alternative is found, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days

2.5 Refund Policy for Consultations

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing fees (₹500) are non-refundable

  • Bank charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility

2.6 Medical Disclaimer

  • Dr. Pranita provides nutrition and dietary guidance based on her expertise and your individual health assessment

  • Our consultations are NOT a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis

  • We do not treat acute medical conditions or emergencies

  • If you have a serious medical condition, please consult your primary physician before making dietary changes

  • Always inform Dr. Pranita of any medications you are currently taking

  • Dr. Pranita is not liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from non-compliance with recommendations or failure to disclose relevant medical information

2.7 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Disclose all medications, supplements, and medical conditions

  • Follow dietary recommendations as advised

  • Inform Dr. Pranita immediately if you experience any adverse reactions

  • Attend scheduled appointments on time

  • Not share your personalized diet plan with others, as it is tailored to your specific needs

2.8 Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results may vary based on adherence to the diet plan, genetics, lifestyle, and other factors

  • We do not guarantee specific weight loss amounts or health outcomes

  • Success depends on your commitment to following the prescribed plan

  • Dr. Pranita will provide evidence-based guidance, but outcomes are ultimately influenced by multiple factors beyond our control

3. Certification Courses
3.1 Course Offerings
We offer the following professional certification courses:

  1. Basic Food & Nutrition Certificate - ₹2,000 (India) / ₹4,000 (International) - 1 Week

  2. Advanced Nutrition I - ₹5,000 (India) / ₹10,000 (International) - 2 Weeks

  3. Advanced Nutrition II - ₹7,000 (India) / ₹14,000 (International) - 4 Weeks

  4. Self Prevention of Diabetes - ₹7,000 (India) / ₹14,000 (International) - 4 Weeks

  5. Advanced Food & Nutrition Science (Doctors Only) - ₹30,000 (India) / ₹60,000 (International) - 8 Weeks

3.2 Enrollment and Payment

  • Course enrollment is done exclusively through drpranita.com

  • All course fees are one-time payments (no subscriptions or recurring charges)

  • Payment must be completed at the time of enrollment via Razorpay

  • International students (outside India) pay double the listed India price

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment

  • You will receive login credentials and course access details via email within 24 hours of payment

3.3 Course Access and Delivery

  • All courses are self-paced and delivered online

  • Course materials include video lessons, PDF guides, worksheets, and audio files

  • You will have lifetime access to all course materials after enrollment

  • Content is hosted on our secure members-only platform

  • You can access courses anytime, anywhere with an internet connection

  • New students will receive a welcome email with login instructions and platform access

3.4 Course Content Usage

  • All course content is for personal use only

  • You may NOT:

    • Share, distribute, or resell course materials

    • Upload course content to public platforms (YouTube, social media, file-sharing sites)

    • Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission

    • Share your login credentials with others

  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action

  • Course materials are protected by copyright laws

3.5 Certification

  • A Certificate of Completion will be issued upon successfully finishing all course modules

  • Certificates are digital and will be emailed to you

  • Certificates are issued in the name provided during enrollment (ensure accuracy)

  • Our certificates are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional licensing

  • To practice as a nutritionist or dietitian, you may need additional certifications or licenses as per your local regulations

3.6 Telegram Group Support

  • All enrolled students get lifetime access to a private Telegram group for Q&A and support

  • The Telegram invite link will be sent via email after course enrollment

  • Group guidelines must be followed (respectful communication, no spam, no promotion of external products)

  • Dr. Pranita or her team will respond to questions periodically (typically within 48 hours)

  • Telegram support is for course-related queries only, not for personal health consultations

3.7 Course Refund Policy
No Refunds After Access:

  • Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final

  • Once you have been granted access to course materials, no refunds will be issued

  • This policy is in place to prevent misuse of course content

Pre-Access Refund (Rare Cases):

  • If you have NOT yet accessed course materials and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase due to technical issues or accidental purchase, we may issue a refund minus ₹500 processing fee

Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, contact us immediately

  • We will resolve technical issues within 48 hours

  • Technical problems do not qualify for refunds once resolved

3.8 Course Modifications

  • Dr. Pranita reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time

  • Enrolled students will have access to all updates and improvements at no additional cost

  • We may discontinue courses at our discretion, but existing enrollments will retain lifetime access

3.9 Qualification Requirements
Each course has minimum educational qualifications:

  • Basic Food & Nutrition: 10th Pass

  • Advanced Nutrition I: 12th Pass

  • Advanced Nutrition II: Graduate Degree

  • Self Prevention of Diabetes: 12th Pass

  • Advanced Food & Nutrition Science: Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent)

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the stated qualification requirements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

4.2 Currency

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR)

  • International students will be charged in INR at the international rate (double the India price)

  • Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are determined by your bank or payment provider

4.3 Pricing

  • All prices displayed on drpranita.com are inclusive of applicable taxes

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

  • Price changes will not affect bookings or enrollments already completed

4.4 Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway

  • We do not store your credit card or banking information

  • Your payment data is encrypted and secure

4.5 Failed Payments

  • If your payment fails, your booking or enrollment will not be confirmed
