Dr. Pranita analyzes your current daily food habits and dietary preferences to build a complete picture of your nutrition.
A customized diet plan is prepared specifically for you — based entirely on the foods you already include in your daily meals.
After one week of following the plan, your progress is reviewed — weight changes, hunger levels, and mood/irritability are assessed.
Weekly appointments for the first month, then bi-weekly appointments to ensure consistent and healthy progress.

Consultation Fee Details
- A consultation fee of ₹1,000 is required before your Video Call or Clinic appointment with Dr. Pranita.
- If you enroll in a package on the same day as your online consultation, the ₹1,000 is deducted from the total package amount.
- If you visit the clinic in person and pay ₹1,000, it will NOT be deducted from the package fee.
- The full package fee must be paid in one payment (not in installments).
